
How it works
Obtaining an offer and selling your property to The Home Alliance is a simple process as we help you through all aspects of the sale and subsequent tenancy arrangements. Once you have decided that The Home Alliance is the right company for you, this is the process from start to finish:
- The Home Alliance will arrange for a surveyor* to conduct an assessment of the property and to provide a valuation.
- On receipt of the valuation, The Home Alliance will make an offer to you (the customer) - at which point both the sale price of the property and the subsequent rental amount are agreed. NB: the offer price is subject to searches and surveys.
- Once accepted, a recommended solicitor** is instructed to contact you in order to get the initial legal paperwork completed.
- As soon as all searches and surveys have been obtained, both sides agree to an exchange / completion date.
- The Home Alliance sends out a tenancy agreement in preparation for completion.
- The tenancy begins once completion has occurred.
* All surveyors used are member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
** A recommended solicitor is suggested as they regularly work in this field which
enables the process to move quicker and smoother. They are completely independent
of The Home Alliance and are acting purely for you, the customer.
